These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and bdback with respect to your use of the bdback platform, including but not limited to all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer games, bonus programmes, payment services, and customer support interactions accessible at bdback.app and any associated mobile or web applications operated by bdback.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise engaging with bdback services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between different language versions of these Terms (if any), the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

bdback reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes of material significance will be communicated to registered players at the email address on file and via a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than 14 calendar days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material clarifications may be applied without advance notice.

If you are using the bdback platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you do so on their behalf.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the bdback platform. bdback strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. bdback reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice, and any balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — will be forfeited pending the outcome of the investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The bdback platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the bdback platform does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bdback makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than those it specifically targets. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are not entitled to any winnings generated during such access.

2.3 Registration Process. To access the full range of bdback services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on bdback. Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. bdback employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided at bdback's discretion.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). bdback operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are authorised. bdback reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

• Acceptable proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, government-issued correspondence
• Proof of payment method: screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered mobile number
• Verification documents must be clear, unexpired, and in your legal name matching the account registration details

2.6 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify bdback support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bdback will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.1 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided to bdback — both at registration and subsequently — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or address, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

3.2 Responsible Use. You agree to use the bdback platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform for any commercial purpose, money laundering, or any activity that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.

3.3 Software Integrity. You must not use any software, script, bot, crawler, scraper, or automated tool to interact with the bdback platform in a manner not expressly authorised in writing by bdback. You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, servers, databases, or network infrastructure.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request to close your bdback account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be refunded to your verified payment method. Bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdback reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete one qualifying deposit.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. bdback currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bdback reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits. The following limits apply to all player transactions:

• Minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via Rocket or Upay: ৳300
• Minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal (all methods): ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to VIP tier; higher limits apply for Platinum and Diamond tier players)
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,000,000 for standard accounts

4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdback account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on the issuing institution. bdback is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 2 hours. Requests submitted outside BST business hours or during public holidays may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal processing times may be extended in cases where additional KYC verification is required. bdback will notify you promptly if your withdrawal requires additional review.

4.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by bdback's payments team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of player funds. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative withdrawal channel subject to enhanced verification.

4.6 Fees. bdback does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside bdback's control. Please check with your payment provider for applicable charges before initiating a transaction.

4.7 Currency. All player balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdback does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Payments made in foreign currencies via Visa or Mastercard will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time of the transaction.

5.1 General Bonus Rules. From time to time, bdback offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at bdback are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The welcome bonus is credited automatically within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Players who use multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once are in breach of these Terms.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses issued by bdback are subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal request will be approved. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat): 20% contribution
• Sports betting (pre-match single bets at odds ≥ 1.80): 100% contribution
• Sports betting (accumulator bets, system bets): 50% contribution
• Crash games (Aviator, etc.): 50% contribution
• Video poker and table games: 10% contribution

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used (and wagering requirements completed) within 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any bonus balance remaining at the end of the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. bdback monitors bonus activity to detect abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically neutral bets to satisfy wagering requirements; using arbitrage betting strategies to clear bonuses without genuine risk; creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus cancelled, any associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently suspended.

5.6 BDT Seasonal Promotions. bdback runs special promotions tied to major events in the Bangladesh calendar including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and Victory Day (16 December). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at least 48 hours before the promotion commences. Seasonal promotions cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the bdback platform are supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. bdback does not modify game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP). Each game available on bdback has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical proportion of wagered money that the game returns to players over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP information is accessible within the game information panel for each title. RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets are settled in accordance with bdback's sports betting rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a dispute over a sports bet settlement, the decision of bdback's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 8.

6.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bdback reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the original stake to the player's account. bdback will not be obligated to honour any bets or pay any winnings that result from a technical error, including but not limited to errors in odds pricing, game payout calculations, or system connectivity failures.

6.5 Match Fixing and Suspicious Activity. Betting on sporting events in a manner connected to match fixing, insider information, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting contest is strictly prohibited. bdback cooperates with relevant sports integrity organisations and law enforcement bodies. Any player found to have placed bets connected to match-fixing activity will have their account permanently closed and all winnings voided.

6.6 Bet Cancellation. bdback reserves the right to cancel any bet at its discretion prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Where a bet is cancelled, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player once they have been confirmed, except where an in-play cash-out option is expressly offered and available for the specific event and market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdback platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party without authorisation
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games without express written authorisation from bdback
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or other platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping (in poker), or any other form of cheating
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdback staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any bdback account, system, or database
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing bdback accounts or account balances
• Placing bets connected to match fixing, insider knowledge, or manipulation of sporting events
• Using the platform while knowingly self-excluded or during any active cooling-off period

bdback employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If you become aware of any suspicious activity on the platform — including suspected cheating or bonus abuse by other players — please report it to [email protected]. Reports are treated confidentially.

8.1 Platform Availability. bdback endeavours to maintain platform availability of 99.9% on an annualised basis. However, bdback does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond bdback's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. bdback will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

8.2 No Warranty. The bdback platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bdback does not warrant that the platform is free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

8.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdback's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

8.4 Force Majeure. bdback shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a force majeure event, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, pandemic, or any other event outside bdback's reasonable control. bdback will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal operations as quickly as practicable following a force majeure event.

8.5 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and bdback arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. bdback commits to investigating all disputes promptly and in good faith, with a target resolution time of 5 business days from receipt of a formal complaint. If you remain unsatisfied following bdback's response, you may escalate the dispute through the formal written complaints process by emailing a detailed written complaint to the same address marked "FORMAL COMPLAINT".

8.6 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdback platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the process described in clause 8.5 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

8.7 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.

8.8 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with bdback's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdback with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
